Owner and founder of a business/marketing agency and consulting firm in New Mexico, New York City and The Hampton’s where the company has served as advisors to an impressive roster of a wide range of national, regional and local clientele including major pharmaceutical and international companies with a presence worldwide. In addition we have a strong expertise with healthcare industry including: hospitals, nursing homes, senior centers, medical facilities, non-profit healthcare organizations and literally dozens of healthcare providers.

In the 1980’s and 90’s participated in Economic Development trips and projects to Israel for state of New Mexico through Governors office and with Undersecretary of Economic Development and Tourism. In New York City facilitated numerous Economic Development presentations and programs for five Business Outreach Centers and two National Women’s Organizations and a major redevelopment program for community and performing arts center in Westhampton Beach in the Hampton’s. Developed a Think Tank project for small businesses, several business networking organizations and over these many years have developed and written numerous business marketing plans and strategic growth strategy campaigns with a strong emphasis on public relations.

Presently utilizing this experience and expertise to oversee and manage marketing and public relations services and programs creating “success strategies” for agency’s many clients’ needs and their desired outcomes. We bring our numerous media, business, professional and political connections to our clients. We believe strongly in the value of “strategic relationships.”

The intent is positive and insightful strategic planning enabling businesses and organizations with energy, focus and ideas that help them grow, diversify and reinvent themselves when required…as well as help them to avert crisis situations and problem solve difficulties they may be facing due to internal or external issues.

Senior credentials encompass a wide range of activities including: Senior Centers Marketing and Strategic Development; Memoir writing workshops: Marketing, public relations, branding for numerous nursing home facilities and home healthcare providers; Author article for Senior Publications on LifeWriting (Prime Time, New Mexico Senior News and Long Island Senior News); Writing workshop coordinator and leader at North Domingo Back Multi-Generational Facility, several Albuquerque Libraries and Albuquerque Women in Communication.

Previously creator and host of “A Woman’s Success” and “This is Marcia” radio shows in New York area and Long Island and “Single Issue” on KOAT-TV. Also, on numerous business and professional boards and panels including Albuquerque, Rio Rancho Education Foundation; NMIDEAS (Economic Development Organization) Member, Board of prestigious Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center, for five years, helped launch it by coordinating and overseeing its marketing, public relations and fundraising. Member, National Association of Business and Professional Women, Enterprising & Professional Women, European Women’s Business Groups, presently, Member of both PULSE and The Framingham Foundation Advisory Boards.

Parallel to founding and running successful businesses over these many years an active advocate for women's economic development and success as well as a dedicated mentor, motivator and business advisor. Along with Betty Friedan, honored by the City of New York in celebration of Women's Empowerment Day for "helping thousands of women advance their careers and succeed in starting their own companies." Also, honored as the East End Women’s Network’s 20th annual “Woman of the Year.”

Author of “The Woman’s Business Therapist: Eliminate the MindBlocks and Roadblocks to Success.” Conducted an 18-month book tour with book signings, speaking engagements and promotional presentations throughout the United States. Coordinated and managed most of the publicity, speaking opportunities and extensive media coverage utilizing my more than 25 years of personal marketing/public-relations agency experience.
